The complete army of chessmen have beautiful twin rings at their bases with symmetrical design profiling common from the sovereign to the pawn. The knights are expressive and have a beautiful flowing mane depicting action on the chess-board. The set is triple weighted with lead to increase the ballast and playability on the chess board. Each piece is lovingly hand carved and turned by our master carvers to create a heirloom quality masterpiece. Storage Box :- Our Leatherette coffer box is well suited for storing Club Sized Chessmen (4.2 to 4.5 inch king size). The inner side of the box has been felted with a beautiful orange Felt. The cloth is soft and prevents any damage to the chess pieces. Also the trays have been crafted so that they are able to store chessmen of varying heights and base diameters.
